Drones have been observed over the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein in northern Germany, and an investigation is underway due to suspicions of espionage and sabotage, said the state’s Interior Minister Sabine Suetterlin-Waack.
In a statement sent by email and reviewed by Reuters, the minister said that the authorities of Schleswig-Holstein remain in contact with the federal authorities in Berlin and with the Bundeswehr regarding the matter.
