    EuroVolley 2023: Polish volleyball teams know their rivals

    The Polish volleyball teams have learned the rivals they will face at the European championship in August-September 2023. The draw for CEV EuroVolley 2023 was held at the Palazzo Reale in Naples, Italy.

    At the last tournament, played in 2021, the men’s team won bronze, while the women’s team finished in the quarterfinals.

    Polish women’s volleyball players will play in Group A against Belgium, Slovenia, Serbia, Ukraine, and Hungary. The women’s competition will be hosted by Belgium, Italy, Estonia, and Germany (August 15 – September 3).

    A: Belgium, Slovenia, Serbia, Poland, Ukraine, Hungary

    B: Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Switzerland

    C: Germany, Azerbaijan, Turkey, Czech Republic, Sweden, Greece

    D: Estonia, Finland, Netherlands, France, Slovakia, Spain

    The Polish men’s volleyball players will play for the title of the continent’s best team next year from August 28 to September 16 in Italy, North Macedonia, Israel, and Bulgaria.
