For weeks, Roman Giertych, Prime Minister Donald Tusk, and Minister Adam Bodnar have attempted to challenge the results of the presidential election, suggesting irregularities that disadvantaged Rafał Trzaskowski. However, increasing evidence now indicates that it was Karol Nawrocki who may have actually been the victim of errors. Even an expert quoted by Polsat News stated plainly: there were more mistakes made against Nawrocki.
Fraud Allegations Lacked Any Supporting Evidence
It all began shortly after the election results were announced. Roman Giertych publicly spoke of alleged electoral irregularities. Donald Tusk and Adam Bodnar followed suit, casting doubt on the National Electoral Commission’s announcement and pushing a narrative of electoral “fraud.”
But nothing has substantiated these claims. The Supreme Court found no serious violations that could have influenced the outcome of the election. The entire narrative turned out to be a classic political maneuver aimed at undermining the democratically elected president-elect, Karol Nawrocki.
Expert: “There Were Slightly More Commissions… Where Nawrocki Was Affected”
Professor Dominik Batorski, co-author of an analysis on voting anomalies, appeared on Polsat News and made it clear that if anyone was disadvantaged, it was more likely Karol Nawrocki—not Rafał Trzaskowski.
“It appears there were slightly more commissions where Karol Nawrocki may have been the one affected,” the expert admitted.
The analysis covered over 32,000 polling stations. A total of 138 locations were identified where the results raised concerns. However, as Prof. Batorski added, many of these were simple human errors, with negligible impact on the final outcome.
Nawrocki’s Votes Underreported
The expert emphasized that the differences in vote counts were minor and did not alter the overall result, but he also said something that contrasts sharply with the government’s earlier narrative.
“Karol Nawrocki won the presidential election. We verified this thoroughly. We analyzed the results from more than 32,000 polling stations, looking for anomalies, outliers, and different types of correlations. There’s no evidence that these anomalies or errors—many of which we’ve heard about—occurred in a significantly large number of stations,” he stressed.
He also pointed to specific examples where votes for Karol Nawrocki were mistakenly attributed to Rafał Trzaskowski, including in polling station No. 113 in Warsaw and in the town of Magnuszew.
Nawrocki Could Have Won by an Even Greater Margin
The Tusk government spoke of expert reviews, recounts, and suspicious polling stations. But as the facts now show, this was not about hard evidence—it was a wave of propaganda aimed at damaging the reputation of the newly elected president before he even took office.
The expert on Polsat News openly admitted that a full recount might reveal an even stronger result for Nawrocki.
“We cannot rule that out,” he said.
