Farmers on Their Way to Warsaw. Police Stopped Tractors on the Capital’s Outskirts [VIDEO]

Farmers heading to Warsaw for a protest reported that they were stopped by police on the outskirts of the capital. The footage shows a column of tractors being blocked by police vehicles.

At 11:00 a.m., a protest by Polish farmers opposing the signing of an agreement between the European Union and the Mercosur countries will begin in Warsaw.

Rafał Trzaskowski reminded the public that a ban on tractors entering the capital is in force. Farmers on their way to the protest reported that the vehicle convoy was stopped by police in Sękocin Stary. This is a suburb of the capital located along the S7 route, to the southwest of Warsaw.
