Floods and “101 Scandals”. Czarnek’s Fiery Speech in Kłodzko: “This Is a Scandal!”

Przemysław Czarnek said during a speech in Kłodzko that, in his view, the town’s residents had suffered a “double injustice.” The Law and Justice (PiS) politician linked the issue of flooding with sharp criticism of Donald Tusk’s government and the Civic Coalition (KO), referring to the widely publicized pedophilia and bestiality scandal in the region.

Przemysław Czarnek in Kłodzko

In Kłodzko, Law and Justice (PiS) organized a meeting as part of the #PrzebudzeniePL campaign featuring PiS Chairman Jarosław Kaczyński and PiS Deputy Chairman Przemysław Czarnek, the opposition party’s candidate for prime minister.

During his speech, MP Przemysław Czarnek argued that the people of Kłodzko had suffered a “double injustice” in recent years.

“Kłodzko has been struck by two floods in recent years. The first was caused by the forces of nature. But before it happened, Tusk came here and made empty promises (…). Then he lost his nerve and led to a situation in which Kłodzko is still recovering from the flood disaster. Even today, there are families that have not received assistance from the government. This is a scandal!” he said.

Czarnek described the “second flood” as, in his words, “lies, deceit, and extreme moral corruption,” referring to the pedophilia and bestiality scandal involving a Civic Coalition (KO) activist.

He referred to the case in which the District Court in Świdnica sentenced 45-year-old Przemysław L. to 25 years in prison for, among other offenses, sexual crimes against minors and acts of bestiality. His former wife, Kamila L., a former Civic Coalition (KO) activist in Kłodzko, was sentenced to six and a half years in prison for failing to assist a minor victim and for aiding and abetting animal abuse.

“101 Scandals in 2.5 Years”

Later in his speech, Czarnek attacked the government by referring to one of Civic Coalition’s (KO) election campaign slogans.

“Tusk promised 100 concrete proposals. What remains is 101aferKO.pl. One hundred and one scandals in just two and a half years!” he said.

He added that “the victims of these scandals are always ordinary Poles who want normality and the restoration of the rule of law and justice.” “We are being governed by thieves. Resign!” Czarnek urged.

He also promised future accountability, including for prosecutors and public officials whom he accused of carrying out politically motivated repression. The PiS politician ended on a warmer note, encouraging tourists to visit Kłodzko and enjoy its historic landmarks and unique atmosphere. “This is our jewel!” Czarnek said.
