Former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki Invites to the Independence March: “As the World Divides, Poles Must Stand United”

“Poland has always triumphed when it was a united, proud, strong nation that believed in our Polish values. Today, we need that strength and courage,” said Mateusz Morawiecki in a video, inviting people to take part in this year’s Independence March. Morawiecki also announced that he himself would join the event.

The former Prime Minister encouraged everyone to unite with those who share these values. “Come and stand shoulder to shoulder with those who believe in such a Poland,” said Morawiecki. “Let us show everyone that we not only love our history and our past, but also believe in our common future,” he emphasized, adding that when the world is dividing, Poles must stand together.

The full message from Morawiecki can be seen in the video. The Independence March is an excellent opportunity to walk through the streets of the capital in white and red alongside other patriots. The media patronage of the event has been taken by TV Republika. The Gazeta Polska Clubs have already announced their participation. The assembly point for the Clubs’ sector is on November 11 at 1:00 p.m. at Rondo Dmowskiego, on the side of the PKO BP Bank, heading toward the National Stadium.

The Independence March is an annual event that gathers hundreds of thousands of Poles who wish to commemorate the anniversary of regaining sovereignty after 123 years of partitions. It is a manifestation of love for the homeland, pride in Polish history, and national identity.
