Donald Tusk paid an official visit to the Vatican and Italy. There, he met both Pope Leo XIV and the Prime Minister of Italy, Giorgia Meloni.
Tusk’s visit to Italy was documented with numerous photos, videos, and posts – both on the Prime Minister’s own account and on the official profile of the Chancellery.

Roman Giertych also did not hide his enthusiasm over Tusk’s visit to Italy and the Vatican. The Civic Platform MP published a post in which he departed from the facts while attacking President Karol Nawrocki.

Let us recall: in early September 2025, while returning from a visit to the United States, President Nawrocki visited the Vatican, where he, along with his family and delegation, was received in an audience by Pope Leo XIV.
