Six tennis players feature in the top 10 of the earnings list, with nine in the top 15. Świątek, who earned $21.4 million in 2024, saw $8.4 million from on-court prizes, while the rest of her earnings stem from lucrative sponsorship deals and endorsements.
Coco Gauff, at the number one spot, earned $9.4 million from tennis winnings alone. Her total income of $30.4 million demonstrates the rising influence of tennis stars, especially among younger players like her.
Other notable athletes in the top rankings include skier Eileen Gu, who earned $22.1 million, and gymnast Simone Biles, with $11.1 million. In addition, WNBA star Caitlin Clark, a newcomer to the list, earned $11.1 million in her first season.
