    Lublin to Host Fourth Edition of 3Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum

    On June 12-13, 2024, the Lublin Conference Center will welcome the Fourth Edition of the 3Seas Local Government Congress and Economic Forum.

    3Seas Congress in Lublin to Gather Key Officials and Experts from 13 Nations and Strategic Partners

    This key international event will convene government and local administration officials, along with representatives from the academic and business sectors, from the 13 member countries of the Three Seas Initiative. These countries include Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Strategic partners, such as the European Union, the United States, Japan, and partner regions from Ukraine and Moldova, will also participate. The Congress is held under the auspices of Polish President Andrzej Duda.

    Since its launch, the Three Seas Initiative Congress and Economic Forum has positioned Lublin as a pivotal venue for discussions aimed at enhancing integration and cooperation among Central and Eastern European regions. The first three editions (2021-2023) attracted nearly 3,500 participants from 25 countries to Lublin.

    3Seas Initiative Congress to Tackle Energy, AI, and Infrastructure with Economic Forum Highlighting Innovation and Women’s Roles in Business

    This year’s Congress will address a range of critical issues. International panelists will explore topics including energy security, artificial intelligence, the hydrogen economy (3W), infrastructure projects such as the Via Carpatia route, and the digitization of society and healthcare. The event will also feature the Regions Debate, project meetings, and a scientific segment under the Three Seas Universities Network. Moreover, young leaders and innovators will present their achievements during the accompanying events.

    Alongside the Congress, the Economic Forum will offer seminars on digitalization, the green economy, material technologies, and innovation. A special panel will focus on the role of women in business, and there will be exhibition booths, B2B meetings, and a start-up zone.
