Polish tennis player Magda Linette managed to secure a victory in a tough match against Linda Noskova at the WTA tournament in Rome. While Linette started the match with a loss in the first game, she quickly gained momentum and broke Noskova’s serve to lead 4-1. However, Noskova rallied and broke back in the eighth game to take the lead. Despite the setback, Linette remained determined and managed to come back and win a tiebreak with a score of 7-4.
The second set was much smoother for Linette, who capitalized on her momentum and took control of the match, ultimately winning 7-6, 6-1. With this victory, Linette advanced to the third round of the tournament where she will face the winner of the match between Elena Gabriela Ruse and Beatriz Haddad Maia.
