Late last night, multiple fires broke out across Zielona Góra. The incidents, confirmed as arson, occurred on Jaskółcza and Ptasia streets. Although early investigations point to intentional fires, police are still awaiting detailed findings from a forensic expert.
Series of Fires Around the City
At approximately 11:20 p.m., additional fires were reported on Krasickiego, Ogrodowa, and Ptasia streets. Witnesses reported that the perpetrator was moving around the city, hurling Molotov cocktails from a silver Ford Focus. The local police are actively searching for the individual responsible.
Arrest Made at Dawn
Around 4 a.m., police arrested a 44-year-old man in connection with the attacks. While the man is suspected of using incendiary bottles, these details have yet to be officially confirmed. Authorities are still investigating the motive behind the attacks.
