We Know Which Organization Will Inherit the Apartment After Mr. Jerzy’s Passing
The Christian Charitable Association in Gdynia is the organization that will gain access to the studio apartment, which Mr. Jerzy may occupy until the end of his life. The media has obtained the notarial deed.
The document was accessed by the portal Interia.pl. According to the deed, on May 14 of this year, Marta Nawrocka, acting on her own behalf and on behalf of her husband, Karol Nawrocki, officially donated the apartment to the charitable organization.
“The same notarial deed includes a provision in which the Nawrockis instruct the association to allow Jerzy Ż.—whose story has recently captured public and media attention—to live in the apartment,” the portal reported.
The organization’s board agreed to this arrangement and has committed to the terms.
“This apartment will be used to support individuals in difficult life situations. As stated in the notarial deed, Mr. Jerzy is allowed to live there for the rest of his life,” said Katarzyna Palmowska, a board member of the organization.
The apartment is scheduled to be transferred to the organization on May 16 of this year.
