Nawrocki in Dębica: “I Will Call a Referendum and We Will Decide What the Justice System Should Look Like”

“Poles do not want to see the political, partisan exploitation of the Polish prosecutor’s office,” said Karol Nawrocki, a civic presidential candidate supported by PiS, during a campaign rally in Dębica.

An End to “Neo” and “Paleo” Judges

During the rally in Dębica, Karol Nawrocki emphasized that the city, like Poland, “deserves more.”

“Poland does not deserve a situation where Poles cannot live in a country where they can count on a fair trial and don’t have to wonder whether their verdict is being issued by a ‘neo-judge’ or a ‘paleo-judge,'” he stated.

He further stressed that “Poles do not want to watch the political, partisan exploitation of the Polish prosecutor’s office.”

“Just as Dębica deserves more, so does Poland. We deserve an orderly justice system. That is why, when I become President of Poland, I promise you that if politicians cannot agree on justice reform, then after February 2026—we, the Polish people, will decide what the justice system in Poland should look like. I will call a referendum, and we will determine how it should function,” he added.
