New Information About Kacprzyk. “He Wanted to Take Over Another Emergency Department”

More shocking reports have emerged regarding Dawid Kacprzyk. The Polish news portal Zero.pl revealed that the former Warsaw city councillor from Civic Coalition (KO) was allegedly involved in negotiations to introduce his own team of doctors to the Emergency Department (SOR) of the County Hospital in Mińsk Mazowiecki. The fact that talks were held with Kacprzyk was confirmed by the hospital’s director, Artur Więckowski, who ultimately decided to terminate the negotiations. He made the decision after several Emergency Department employees reported that Kacprzyk had allegedly announced plans to dismiss part of the existing staff.

Doctor-Millionaire Linked to Civic Coalition (KO)

Dawid Kacprzyk, a physician under 30 years old who until recently worked at Warsaw’s South Hospital, reportedly earned PLN 1.6 million last year. The facility is supervised by the Warsaw local government led by Mayor Rafał Trzaskowski. Kacprzyk served as the coordinator of the hospital’s Emergency Department while simultaneously acting as a city councillor and activist for Warsaw’s Civic Coalition (KO).

The reported remuneration was said to have been earned for nearly 4,000 hours of work, averaging approximately 11 hours per day throughout the year.

Since February 2026, Kacprzyk was also allegedly employed simultaneously at the South Hospital and the Masovian Bródno Hospital. According to TV Republika, during the first month alone he reported a total of 496 working hours – 340 hours at the South Hospital and 156 hours at Bródno Hospital. This would amount to nearly 18 hours of work per day on average.

New Revelations About Dawid Kacprzyk

Zero.pl has now disclosed further information concerning the young doctor’s activities. According to the outlet’s findings, Kacprzyk conducted talks regarding the introduction of a medical team under his leadership to the Emergency Department of the County Hospital in Mińsk Mazowiecki. The negotiations reportedly took place at the turn of 2024 and 2025, when the hospital was searching for a new Emergency Department coordinator.

Hospital director Artur Więckowski confirmed to the portal that he met with Kacprzyk twice, while a third discussion took place by telephone. The negotiations lasted approximately two weeks. Kacprzyk allegedly claimed that he could bring an entire team of doctors to Mińsk Mazowiecki who would be ready to work in the Emergency Department.

According to the director’s account, the proposed rate for team members was to be PLN 350 per hour. Higher remuneration was reportedly planned for both the future coordinator and Kacprzyk himself. Więckowski stated that the doctor was likely expecting between PLN 400 and PLN 450 per hour in exchange for assembling the team and coordinating its work. The director considered those expectations excessive.

Kacprzyk could not formally assume the position of Emergency Department coordinator because he did not possess the specialist qualifications required for the role. Nevertheless, he was expected to play an informal role as the organizer of the doctors’ group.

Negotiations Terminated

The talks were ultimately discontinued after Kacprzyk’s visit to the department, during which he allegedly announced plans to dismiss part of the existing staff and was reportedly arrogant toward doctors and paramedics. Following discussions with employees, the hospital’s management decided to end the negotiations.

Zero.pl reported that it had sent questions regarding the matter to both Dawid Kacprzyk and his legal representative, attorney Jacek Dubois. As of the publication of the article, the editorial team had not received a response.
