Visits to swingers’ clubs across Poland, orgies involving local VIPs, and recorded rapes — court and prosecution files paint a shocking picture of what allegedly took place in the town of Kłodzko. Newly uncovered information also sheds light on a child abuse scandal that has shaken the local community. When Przemysław L. was sentenced to 25 years in prison, his former wife, Kamila W. — a local activist associated with the Civic Coalition (KO) — received what critics describe as a surprisingly lenient sentence.
According to investigative and court records reviewed by Niezalezna.pl, Kamila W. (formerly Kamila L. before her divorce) and Przemysław L. led what witnesses described as a highly hedonistic lifestyle, organizing numerous trips and private gatherings.
Nude parties and swingers’ clubs
The files indicate that many of these events were “nude parties” attended by a broad circle of acquaintances. The group reportedly included not only residents of Kłodzko but also individuals holding prominent positions in the community, although the investigation records do not identify them by name.
The couple also allegedly attended swingers’ gatherings throughout Poland. According to testimony, they frequently visited a venue near Częstochowa and regularly traveled to similar establishments across the country, leaving their children in the care of friends while away.
Przemysław L. testified that he and Kamila “drank large amounts of alcohol, traveled to swingers’ clubs, and had sex in front of other people, with these perversions escalating over time.” He also claimed that his sexual deviance developed during his relationship with Kamila.
The mother of one of the victims stated that she often met with the accused and his then-wife at their apartment, where they consumed alcohol and “danced naked together.” The case files also contain references to drugs, including THC and ecstasy.
Another victim testified that she attended several social gatherings involving Przemysław L. and Kamila W. (then Kamila L.), during which she consumed alcohol. She stated that she would lose consciousness during these events and that rapes were then committed and recorded.
The role of Kamila W.
According to testimony and court records reviewed by the outlet, Kamila W. was allegedly aware both of the abuse suffered by her daughter (who was also Przemysław L.’s stepdaughter) and of the abuse of another victim, a minor member of her family.
When sentencing Przemysław L., the court concluded that the family had functioned in a severely dysfunctional manner for years and that the children had not been properly cared for by their parents.
The court also questioned the credibility of Kamila W.’s testimony in the proceedings against her former husband. Nevertheless, she retained the status of an auxiliary prosecutor throughout the case. The court stated that her testimony should be approached “with far-reaching caution.”
On March 18, a non-final judgment was issued in the case against Kamila L. (now Kamila W.). She was found guilty of failing to assist her daughter, who was under the age of 15 and a victim of sexual crimes committed by her husband. She was also convicted of participating with her husband in acts of animal cruelty.
The court found that zoophilic material involving Kamila had been recorded and that she was a conscious and active participant rather than merely a passive observer.
Sentences and appeals
The criminal activity was found to have taken place between 2011 and 2022. The District Court in Świdnica sentenced Kamila W. to six and a half years in prison, despite prosecutors seeking an 18-year sentence. Prosecutors have appealed the ruling.
One week earlier, the same court sentenced 45-year-old Przemysław L. to 25 years in prison.
He was found guilty on all 26 charges brought against him, primarily involving the sexual abuse of minors under the age of 15, exposing victims to life-threatening danger through the administration of intoxicating substances, animal cruelty, and the production of sexual content.
The court identified nine victims, including underage members of his own family, though reports indicate the actual number may be higher. Not all alleged victims chose to pursue charges, although some testified during Przemysław L.’s trial.
According to information obtained by Niezalezna.pl, several victims told the court that Kamila L. could have stopped the abuse at a very early stage, thereby preventing additional victims. They alleged that she was fully aware of what was happening, may have possessed recordings documenting multiple crimes, and nevertheless failed to take action.
Whether the court fully considered these testimonies when sentencing Kamila L. remains a matter of dispute. Notably, with the exception of the couple’s daughter, victims who testified in the case against Przemysław L. did not testify during Kamila L.’s trial. It remains to be seen whether this issue will be addressed during the appeals process.
Meanwhile, parents of children victimized in what has become known as the Kłodzko pedophilia scandal are reportedly preparing a collective civil lawsuit against the former Civic Coalition activist.
