“I encourage you – return to your roots. Let’s talk about a technocratic government, about how to save Poland over the coming months, because things are really heading in a very bad direction,” Janusz Kowalski (PiS) said on air on TV Republika, addressing politicians from the Polska 2050 Party.
Immediately after the second round of the presidential election, Jarosław Kaczyński, the leader of Law and Justice (PiS), announced his proposal – the formation of an apolitical technocratic government.
“The head of such a government must be selected through talks with all those who would be ready to support such an idea, such a project, and it would not have to be someone connected to us, while individual ministries would simply be led by specialists in the respective areas of our social life,” Kaczyński said at the time.
Kowalski appeals to the Polska 2050 Party: return to your roots
Today on TV Republika, MP Janusz Kowalski, who revealed details of thwarted attempts to shut down TV Republika before the presidential election, appealed to MPs from the Polska 2050 Party to form a technocratic government. “In my assessment, there is an ongoing hybrid war by Donald Tusk against the Polska 2050 Party and directly against Szymon Hołownia. Half of the term is over. We still have half ahead of us,” the politician said.
“We encourage this because the Polska 2050 Party has returned to its roots. In several votes, this party showed that it knows how to behave as it should, although the beginning of this term was not the best. If Szymon Hołownia decides to talk with MPs about Jarosław Kaczyński’s important project – the establishment of a technocratic government that would deal with economic issues, social issues, the dire situation in healthcare – then I think together we are able to take Poland away from Tusk, Sikorski, Giertych, Trela, Zembaczyński – our homeland. Today it is in very bad hands,” he appealed.
He added, “personally, I have very good experiences, at the level of tax legislation, with MPs from the Polska 2050 Party, who were open to PiS ideas – for example, regarding pro-family tax reliefs or tax support for Polish families.”
“If you return to your roots, if you look in the mirror and see that you can truly still do many good things for Poland, help overthrow Donald Tusk’s government. That would be the best thing. A technocratic government can be formed – a government good for Polish women and men, for the Polish nation. Precisely in order to deal with actions against the hybrid war by Russia and Belarus, to deal with healthcare, with Polish people’s affairs, and not constantly look at Giertych, Szłapka, etc.,” the PiS MP continued.
He repeated, “I encourage this – return to your roots. Let’s talk about a technocratic government, about how to save Poland over the coming months, because things are really heading in a very bad direction.”
