In Warsaw, a preliminary agreement was signed concerning the implementation of a program to expand the national fuel infrastructure in order to connect it to the NATO pipeline system. The document also provides for the construction of fuel storage facilities for the needs of the Alliance’s armed forces.
The agreement, concluded between the Investment Office of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and PERN S.A., concerns connecting the system operated by PERN S.A. to the NATO fuel pipeline system, as well as the construction of fuel storage facilities for the needs of the Alliance’s armed forces.
“Today we are certainly aware that this is a great day for Poland, and in fact the beginning of a great road that we are setting out on today,” said Deputy Minister of National Defence Cezary Tomczyk.
