The winner of the September ranking of trust in politicians is President Karol Nawrocki, chosen by 48.8% of respondents, according to an IBRiS trust survey for Onet. The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Radosław Sikorski, achieved a slightly lower result, with 47.8% expressing trust in him. Closing the podium is Krzysztof Bosak from Confederation, trusted by 39.1%.
A leader after just 50 days in office
Trust in the President increased by 7.5 percentage points compared with last month’s ranking. Meanwhile, 40.6% of respondents declared a lack of trust in him, and 10.6% expressed indifference.
Second place in the trust ranking for public figures went to Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Radosław Sikorski, trusted by 47.8% of respondents – an increase of 6 percentage points compared with the August survey. A total of 41.4% do not trust him, while 10.1% expressed neutrality toward the Deputy Prime Minister.
The third most trusted politician is Deputy Speaker of the Sejm Krzysztof Bosak (Confederation), indicated by 39.1% of respondents (he was not included in the August ranking, but in July he placed fourth). A total of 42.6% declared distrust toward Bosak, while 14% were neutral.
Tusk and Trzaskowski perform poorly
In September, 39% of respondents expressed trust in Donald Tusk, while 54.7% declared distrust. Neutral opinions about the Prime Minister were expressed by 6.3%.
Other figures in the ranking included the Mayor of Warsaw and former presidential candidate Rafał Trzaskowski (37% trust), Confederation leader Sławomir Mentzen (34.5%), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Defense Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz (34.4%), and former Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki (33.9%).
The survey was conducted by the Institute of Market and Social Research (IBRiS) on September 19-20, 2025, on a nationwide sample of 1,100 people. The poll was carried out using the telephone interview method, employing standardized, computer-assisted questionnaire interviews (CATI).
