Poland gears up for Euro 2024 playoffs, facing Estonia in the semifinals, eyeing a showdown with Wales or Finland in the final.
In the Euro 2024 playoff semifinals draw held in Nyon, Switzerland, the Polish national football team learned they will play against Estonia at home. Should they advance, the Biało-Czerwoni will face either Wales or Finland in the playoff final. Poland, despite not qualifying directly from Group E for the upcoming European Championships, secured a playoff spot by maintaining their position in the top division of the UEFA Nations League.
Already aware of their semifinal opponent, Poland, managed by Michał Probierz, will host Estonia, a team from a lower division (Division D). In the other semifinal, Wales will take on Finland at home. The playoffs, scheduled for March 21, will determine the finalists, with the playoff final set to occur five days later.
