He added that insulting half of the American political scene serves neither our economic interests nor the security of Poland. This was a reference to Prime Minister Donald Tusk’s comment, who strongly criticized the actions of Republicans in the US Congress regarding aid to Ukraine.
Andrzej Duda also wrote that thanks to the wise and far-sighted policies of the past 8 years Poland now spends 4 percent of its Gross Domestic Product on defense. „Thanks to this, it is and will be safe!” emphasized the President of Poland.
During a Saturday rally in South Carolina Donald Trump said that when he becomes President of the USA again he will not protect NATO countries from potential Russian aggression if they do not fulfill their financial obligations to the Alliance.
