President Nawrocki Slams Supreme Administrative Court Ruling: “Those in power resort to the most despicable methods”

“Today’s ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court in the case of Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz is a victory of truth over lies,” wrote Karol Nawrocki, President of the Republic of Poland, on social media.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Administrative Court dismissed cassation complaints filed by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister against earlier rulings of the Voivodeship Administrative Court, which had overturned the revocation of a security clearance for the current head of the National Security Bureau, Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz. The court left no doubt about the political operation conducted by Tomasz Siemoniak and Donald Tusk, confirming that Professor Cenckiewicz holds access to classified information. This marks the culmination of what critics describe as a false narrative campaign waged by the ruling camp since the swearing-in of Karol Nawrocki as President of Poland.

The ruling coalition does not want to accept defeat. Despite the unequivocal judgment of the Supreme Administrative Court, Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesperson for the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services, appears to be doubling down. In a video published online, he stated that “the rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court dismissing the cassation complaints ultimately close the judicial-administrative stage of the proceedings concerning the revocation of Sławomir Cenckiewicz’s security clearance for access to classified information”, but added that allegedly “this does not mean that Sławomir Cenckiewicz has automatically regained access to classified information”.

The head of the National Security Bureau, Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz, also commented on the ruling. On the X platform, he wrote: “a complete victory over a regime of lawlessness! Thank you, NSA!”

President Nawrocki: “A Victory of Truth Over Lies”

President of Poland Karol Nawrocki also commented on Donald Tusk’s defeat before the Supreme Administrative Court on the X platform.

“Today’s ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court in the case of Professor Sławomir Cenckiewicz is a victory of truth over lies,” he wrote.

He added: “While I welcome the decision and congratulate Professor Cenckiewicz, I regret that we live in times when those in power, in the name of political struggle and in the absence of arguments, resort to the most despicable methods.”
