At the request of Donald Tusk, today at 12:00 p.m., the President of the Republic of Poland, Karol Nawrocki, will meet with the Prime Minister at the Presidential Palace, presidential spokesperson Rafał Leśkiewicz announced. Earlier, Donald Tusk had mentioned the possibility of meeting with Nawrocki.
The presidential spokesperson posted information about the meeting on X.
“Tomorrow I may also discuss this with President Nawrocki, so that we never allow ourselves to be played by anyone, neither by our enemies nor by our friends,” Donald Tusk said yesterday during a press conference.
This will be the first meeting between the Prime Minister and President Karol Nawrocki since his swearing-in. Until now, Donald Tusk has not even congratulated Nawrocki on his victory in the presidential election.
