President Andrzej Duda and First Lady Agata Kornhauser-Duda have continued their tradition of supporting the “Noble Package” initiative. This year, they prepared a gift for a seven-member family from Lower Silesia, as announced by the Chancellery of the President. The “Noble Package” is recognized as one of Poland’s most impactful social programs, based on the idea of “wise help” that not only provides material support but also brings meaningful change to recipients’ lives.
Focus on Tailored Assistance
The program connects donors with families in need through the work of dedicated volunteers. These volunteers visit families, learn their stories, and identify their specific needs, creating profiles that are added to the family database. This year, the presidential couple supported a family with five children, three of whom require ongoing medical care and rehabilitation.
The involvement of Polish presidents in this initiative dates back to Maria Kaczyńska, who first supported the project with a gift for a large family. This year’s package included furniture, clothing, hygiene products, school supplies, toys, and games, all carefully selected to meet the family’s needs.
