Police officers and prosecutors entered the offices of the Deputy Disciplinary Spokespersons at the headquarters of the National Council of the Judiciary. The forcible entry had a specific purpose. A photo circulated online showing prosecutors Zbigniew Rzepa and Tomasz Narłowski searching the safe of Judge Przemysław Radzik. They had come to seize disciplinary files concerning judges, including those related to the current Minister of Justice, Waldemar Żurek.
Matecki at the KRS headquarters: “They are taking everything”
MPs Michał Woś and Dariusz Matecki are present at the headquarters of the National Council of the Judiciary, closely monitoring the prosecutors’ actions.
“They are taking everything from the KRS. One of the judges asked them to at least leave the photos of the children on the walls. These bandit-like methods will be held to account. They are taking every document, every binder, without making a detailed inventory of what is inside them—deliberately. Who will prove it if something disappears or if something is planted?” Matecki wrote, publishing photos of one of the cabinets from which the files were removed.
