Putin’s Naval Power Play: 300 Russian Ships and Chinese Allies Flex at Sea

Putin’s criminal regime is flexing its muscles at sea – three Russian fleets have begun maneuvers involving some 300 ships and 20,000 sailors. Chinese warships are also taking part in the exercises. At home, however, all signs point to the Tusk government rolling back the Polish navy – it looks as though the plan to buy new submarines for the Polish navy – the programme codenamed ‘Orka’ – is in jeopardy.
