PZU backs the Great Fiat 126p Expedition for Children, supporting road accident victims through a 3,500 km journey.
PZU has joined the Great Fiat 126p Expedition for Children, where 80 Fiat 126p cars, including one from the insurer, traveled from Warsaw to Monte Cassino in a week. The initiative aims to support children injured in road accidents.
The expedition began on July 5 from the Palace of Culture and Science in Warsaw and reached Monte Cassino on July 12. The grand finale will take place on Friday, July 17 at 5:00 PM in Krakow’s Main Square, featuring all 80 Fiat 126p cars that covered over 3,500 kilometers.
PZU’s Commitment to Safety
Supporting this project is part of PZU’s preventive efforts. Rafał Kałęcki, Director of PZU’s Prevention Office, emphasized the importance of building road safety awareness and helping affected children through such initiatives.
Partnership and Goals
Besides PZU, partners include Bank Pekao S.A. and Alior Leasing. The initiative aims to aid children, promote safety measures, improve infrastructure near schools, and educate young people about road safety.
