Krasnoyarsk Metallurgical Plant is the third largest and youngest of the large processing companies in Russia. The company processes aluminium and aluminium alloys. The company’s management came up with an unusual idea in connection with its birthday. A stripper was invited to the production facility to dance to music from an old Soviet film not far from the assembly line.
“It was on our initiative to make the men’s time more pleasant. Everyone was delighted, even the women, with this unusual idea. It was a surprise. Our company is a year old. […] Those who criticise, let them go their own way. For us, the most important thing is that our boys thanked us and were very satisfied,”
this is how Damir Basyrov, head of the company, justified the organisation of the performance.
