During Campus Academy – the smaller version of Rafał Trzaskowski’s famous Campus – the recent loser of the presidential election spoke about what he felt on June 1, when Karol Nawrocki defeated him. Suddenly, Trzaskowski used a vulgar word.
“I gave it my all,” said Rafał Trzaskowski, twice-defeated presidential candidate, at the mini-version of his Campus. “And as for moments I’m ashamed of – I don’t think so. And even if I had any, I wouldn’t admit to them,” he stated disarmingly in a discussion with journalists and the audience.
One of the young participants asked: “What did you feel as a person on June 1 after that defeat, which each of us felt privately?”
“I felt totally f*ing furious!“ burst out the Mayor of Warsaw. “When I sometimes watch my competitor today, I don’t think ‘oh, that could have been me,’ I only feel what I just said,” he added.
