Which politician was the most influential in the past year? That question was put to participants in a survey conducted by United Surveys by IBRiS. The majority of respondents pointed to the president.
According to the poll commissioned by Wirtualna Polska, Karol Nawrocki was the most influential politician in 2025. He was named by 34.7 percent of respondents.
Second place went to Prime Minister Donald Tusk with 29.1 percent, while the podium was completed by PiS leader Jarosław Kaczyński, who was indicated by 9.9 percent of those surveyed.
The following positions were taken by Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski (8 percent), Confederation leader Sławomir Mentzen (2.9 percent), and former Speaker of the Sejm Szymon Hołownia (1.5 percent).
Below the one-percent threshold were Confederation of the Polish Crown leader Grzegorz Braun (0.9 percent), Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek (0.4 percent), Defence Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz (0.2 percent), and Speaker of the Sejm Włodzimierz Czarzasty (0.1 percent).
Meanwhile, 12.3 percent of respondents did not indicate any of the listed names.
