“Thank you for being with me, and for the fact that Polish hearts are also beating loudly in Switzerland”, wrote President Karol Nawrocki after a brief meeting with Poles accompanying his official visit to the Swiss Confederation.
The Polish presidential couple is on a two-day official visit to Switzerland. Karol Nawrocki and Marta Nawrocka have already visited Bern, where they met with Guy Parmelin and his wife, as well as members of the Swiss Federal Council, which is the country’s equivalent of a government.
On the second day, the presidents of both countries met with representatives of the business sector. The schedule also includes a visit to the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne and the Paderewski Museum at Morges Castle.
There were also spontaneous meetings with Poles.
