“This is not yet an election campaign, but rather the undertaking of a great effort to win these elections, so that those who deceive, who serve foreign interests, who govern Poland today, are removed. So that a good government is formed, a good, truly Polish government,” said the Chairman of PiS, Jarosław Kaczyński, during a meeting with residents of Kalisz.
A meeting is taking place today in Kalisz between Jarosław Kaczyński, leader of Law and Justice (PiS), and Prof. Przemysław Czarnek, the party’s candidate for prime minister, with the city’s residents. This event inaugurates a series of meetings between PiS politicians and Poles called “PrzebudzeniePL”.
At the very beginning of his speech, the PiS Chairman noted that “the main protagonist is here – Professor Czarnek, who is to become the Polish prime minister, who is to ensure that once again we keep our word”.
“But one can only keep one’s word if something has been said, something has been promised. If there are no such declarations, then there is nothing to keep. And this meeting is truly extremely important on a national scale, because it is the first meeting in a series that will last for some time,” said Kaczyński.
PiS sets out across Poland. Meetings and further promises
As the Chairman of Law and Justice (PiS) announced – “at each of these meetings there will be further announcements. One could also put it this way – further proposals and further promises”.
However, as he emphasized – “it will not be the case that we will refer to what was. We admit that one thing failed. We were unable to keep Donald Tusk far from power. And now, in order to remove him from power, which is the condition for those words spoken here, the most beautiful words, long live Poland, to have any meaning”.
“Because if politics continues to be conducted in the way it is today, then it will result in Poland, at least in a certain sense – and a very important sense – ceasing to exist. You are participating in a very important event.
