“You carried out wild reprivatization in Warsaw and beyond!” shouted Przemysław Czarnek at Civic Platform MPs, responding to their verbal attack against Karol Nawrocki.
Today at 10 a.m., the 34th session of the Sejm began. During the procedural motions, Civic Coalition (KO) MP Małgorzata Kołodziejczak took the floor.
“I appeal to this esteemed chamber to take legislative action to protect our assets and seniors from shameless fraud,” she said, clearly alluding to the media storm surrounding Karol Nawrocki and the apartment he repurchased from a man named Jerzy.
Her remarks quickly drew a reaction. Przemysław Czarnek stepped in to defend Nawrocki.
“Where were you 10 or 11 years ago when Rafał Trzaskowski was chief of staff to Hanna Gronkiewicz-Waltz? You bear full political responsibility for evicting hundreds of people from their homes, for taking their keys, for the death of Ms. Brzeska, for the deaths of those left homeless. You carried out wild reprivatization in Warsaw and beyond!” he fired back at the KO politician.
