They Brutally Beat and Kicked People Carrying a Cross in Berlin. These Images Are a DISGRACE for GERMANY

On Tuesday, June 16, in Berlin, activists from the Border Defense Movement (Ruch Obrony Granic, ROG) were beaten and handcuffed by German police while attempting to place a cross next to a memorial stone commemorating Polish victims of World War II. Below are photographs from the scene.

A group of police officers reportedly seized the cross and threw it aside without showing respect.

Members of the Border Defense Movement arrived in Berlin at the site of a memorial stone located near the German parliament, intended to commemorate Polish victims of World War II. They wanted to erect a symbolic cross there, but German police did not allow it.

Shortly after singing the patriotic hymn Rota, members of the Border Defense Movement began walking with the cross toward the memorial dedicated to victims of German actions during World War II. At that moment, German police moved against the demonstrators. Officers allegedly began kicking and striking them with their fists.
