According to the latest poll, 41.5% of respondents believe that Donald Tusk should resign. Meanwhile, 41.2% think he should remain in office. As many as 17.3% did not give a clear answer to the question of whether the leader of the current coalition should stay on as Prime Minister.
The survey, conducted by United Surveys for Wirtualna Polska between June 27–29, 2025, shows that more people want Donald Tusk to step down as head of government than want him to stay.
Public sentiment revealed by the poll suggests that a government reshuffle may not lead to the expected improvement in the perception of the current administration.
The most recent results show that as many as 41.5% are calling for the Prime Minister’s resignation, while only 41.2% think he should remain in office.
A Clear Divide
Among voters of the ruling coalition, the divide looks somewhat different. Three-quarters of them want Tusk to stay on as Prime Minister. Fourteen percent think he should step down, while 11% are undecided.
The view is nearly the opposite among voters of PiS and Confederation, who were grouped together for the purposes of the survey. Seventy-five percent want Tusk to leave office, while 21% believe he should remain. The rest of the voters are more divided: 28% think Tusk should resign, 35% want him to stay, and as many as 37% responded “don’t know / hard to say.”
