According to a report by the National Broadcasting Council (KRRiT), TV Republika’s news programs were the most widely watched in 2025. The top position was taken by Dzisiaj, broadcast daily at 7:00 p.m. The channel continues to grow stronger and is recording increasingly better results.
KRRiT is concerned about the public broadcaster.
“The National Broadcasting Council is observing with concern the continued decline in viewership of programs aired by the public broadcaster TVP S.A. in liquidation. Audience figures and market shares fell once again, reaching record-low levels in 2025. Particularly alarming is the gap separating TVP INFO from the news programs of private broadcasters. The results call into question the ability of TVP S.A. in liquidation to continue effectively fulfilling its public mission. KRRiT has prepared information on television audiences and the most popular programs, as well as their viewership figures, for 2025,” we read in the newly published summary of the report.
TV Republika Tops the Ranking
“In the category of news programs, first place was taken by TV Republika with an audience of 320,495 viewers (6.1%), improving on last year’s result,”
reads the KRRiT announcement.
The most popular news program in 2025 was Dzisiaj, broadcast daily at 7:00 p.m. on TV Republika.
