Kristi Noem, the headline speaker at CPAC Poland, opened by noting she was in Warsaw “thanks to the personal backing of Donald Trump.” From there, she unleashed a blistering attack on the city’s mayor.
“Who leads us matters,” Noem told delegates. “I’ve watched socialists seize power—just look at Warsaw’s mayor, groomed to lead and ready to rule through fear.”
She warned that Rafał Trzaskowski would “weaponize fear to ram through an agenda that has nothing to do with freedom.”
The secretary urged Poles to “choose the right leader—one who will work shoulder-to-shoulder with Donald Trump,” and declared the conservative audience itself could “take Europe back for our values.”
“Leadership counts,” Noem insisted. “Poland needs a strong captain at the helm. America wants to stand beside you—guarding your liberty and prosperity, shielding your families from danger. You’ll be blessed by that friendship.”
Her final rallying cry was stark and simple: “This is about freedom!”
