On May 2nd, Ursynów residents have an opportunity to partake in a meaningful celebration. The Ursynów district office, located at Al. KEN, will be distributing flags of the Republic of Poland and the European Union between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
A Legacy of Unity
The event marks Polish Flag Day, established in 2004, honoring our national emblem. It’s a time for Ursynów’s residents to proudly display the flag, acknowledging its significance in our history and identity.
Simultaneously, the distribution includes flags of the European Union, symbolizing Poland’s two-decade membership. The EU, founded post-World War II, signifies unity among 27 European nations, encompassing various policy areas from climate to justice.
