Karol Nawrocki’s campaign team has backed down on one of the conditions they had previously set for organizing a presidential debate in Końskie and made their way to the headquarters of Polish Television (TVP). Earlier, they had insisted that the debate be held on “neutral ground” at the headquarters of the Association of Polish Journalists. However, they are still demanding that the debate be co-hosted by Telewizja Republika and wPolsce.pl. The original proposal had included a broadcast solely by TVP, Polsat, and TVN.
“We’re coming AFTER you! We want a debate – do you? We’re checking! One condition: A fair play debate on 5 TV stations!” wrote Karol Nawrocki’s campaign manager, Paweł Szefernaker, on Twitter.
He also posted a photo taken in front of Polish Television’s headquarters.
