“We will file a motion to dismiss Mr. Czarzasty, and the case of Ms. Wielichowska will undoubtedly come up. This is an unacceptable decision – bluntly speaking, it is brazen,” said Law and Justice (PiS) leader Jarosław Kaczyński.
“Włodzimierz Czarzasty has just rejected the Law and Justice (PiS) motion to dismiss Monika Wielichowska from the position of Deputy Speaker of the Sejm,” TV Republika journalist Monika Borkowska reported a few days ago on social media.
Kaczyński: motion to dismiss Czarzasty will be filed
Today, during a press conference, Jarosław Kaczyński was asked about announcements made by politicians from his party regarding the filing of a motion to dismiss Sejm Speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty over the protection of Wielichowska.
The Law and Justice (PiS) leader confirmed these plans.
“As for Deputy Speaker Wielichowska, Speaker Włodzimierz Czarzasty stated that our motion for dismissal will not be voted on and will not even be subject to discussion. There is no provision that forces him to do so, but since he is not doing it, we will file a motion to dismiss Mr. Czarzasty, and the case of Ms. Wielichowska will undoubtedly come up. This is an unacceptable decision – bluntly speaking, it is brazen,” he said.
