They arrived in Poland from the Czech Republic by coach. As a Border Guard inspection revealed, they were using expired Croatian residence cards. Now, 13 Nepalese nationals must return to their home country. For the next year, they will not be allowed to enter the Schengen Area.
13 Nepalese nationals must leave Poland
Border Guard officers from Zielona Góra carried out an inspection of the legality of foreigners’ stay in the Krosno County area. It turned out that 13 Nepalis were staying in Poland illegally.
The foreigners, aged between 21 and 49, were using expired Croatian residence cards and arrived in Poland from the Czech Republic by bus.
German citizens of Russian origin with false documents at the border
All were detained. They received decisions obliging them to return to their home country. Additionally, they were given one-year bans on re-entering the Schengen Area countries.
