Eurostat reported that the seasonally-adjusted unemployment rate in Poland had been 3.4% in July, while in June it had been 3.6%.
Only the Czech Republic (2.8), the Netherlands (3.1), and Malta (3.3%) have lower unemployment rates in EU countries. The highest unemployment rate was recorded in Greece with 14.6%. and in Spain (14 3%).
The average unemployment rate in EU countries was 6.9 percent, compared to 7.1 percent in the previous month.
