In the first match of the League of Nations Polish volleyball players won in Ottawa against Argentina 3:0. The meeting was the debut of Nikola Grbic as Polish national team manager.

The new manager started the match with the most experienced players he had at his disposal in Ottawa. The whole match was very nervous while both teams fought point for point and the score oscillated around a draw. In each of the sets, Poles turned out to be better.
Next match, the Polish national team will play on Friday (June 10) at 1:30 (GMT+02:00) with Italy. The match will also take place in Ottawa, Canada.
