Ramzan Kadyrov, the dictator and leader of Chechnya, whose troops in Ukraine have become the object of mockery and jokes, was today awarded the order of “Hero of the Luhansk People’s Republic.” The decoration was presented to him by the leader of the pro-Putin separatist “republic,” Leonid Pasechnik.
The title of “Hero of the Luhansk People’s Republic” – as Pasetnik’s decree states – Kadyrov received for “courage, heroism and bravery while performing military duties during a special military operation.” Pasetnik also thanked Kadyrov’s army “for their assistance in countering the Ukrainian Nazis.”
During the decoration ceremony, Kadyrov presented the LPR authorities with an order named after Akhmad Kadyrov, the former president of Chechnya and Ramzan’s father.
