    Anna Woźniakowska is a World Champion! IFBB World Fitness Championships in Yeongju, Republic of Korea

    On October 20, bodybuilders from around the world posed at this year’s IFBB (International Federation of Bodybuilding and Fitness) World Fitness Championships and Men’s World Cup at a civic sports center in Yeongju, Republic of Korea. About 700 participants from 30 countries took part in the championships. A personal trainer with many years of experience, a specialist in nutrition and supplementation, and a bikini fitness competitor from Poland took 1st place in the Women’s Bikini Up To 164 cm category. Anna Woźniakowska: “I became the World Champion. I won the title every athlete dreams of!”.

    IFBB was founded in 1946 and has its head office in Madrid, Spain. Today, the IFBB is one of the world’s largest international amateur sport governing bodies, with 199 National Affiliates, 5 Continental Federations and 4 Regional Federations. 

     

    According to Anna Woźniakowska’s website, she is a personal trainer with many years of experience, a specialist in nutrition and supplementation, and a bikini fitness competitor – Polish, European, and Arnold Classic Champion, and a bronze medalist at the World Championships.

    Also, she regularly expands her knowledge base by participating in numerous conferences – including as a speaker, courses, trainings, and webinars. She follows new trends in scientific research regarding strength training, dietetics, and supplementation, as well as anatomy and physiology. She promotes values such as systematicity, persistence in achieving goals, conscientiousness, discipline, and a sense of duty – especially towards myself and my body. She is passionate about beauty, whose external image becomes a graceful and receptive to shape body.

    In Yeongju, Anna Woźniakowska took 1st place in the Women’s Bikini Up To 164 cm category. In Women’s Bikini OVERALL category, she took 4th place. See the rest of the official results here.

     

    Anna Woźniakowska has been training hard for over eight years.

Fate decided that right here in Yeongju, South Korea, the last missing piece of my puzzle awaited. I have everything, I have fulfilled all my sports dreams!”, she said on Instagram.
