Polish ice hockey players defeated Latvia B 9:0 (2:0, 4:0, 3:0) in their second match of the Baltic Challenge Cup tournament being played in Kaunas.
“Today, on Independence Day, the Polish national team defeated Latvia B 9:0. The 18-year-old Krzysztof Maciaś and Dominik Paś performed superbly – both scored hat tricks. Tomorrow Poland will play against Estonia at 11:30,” Polish Ice Hockey Federation wrote on Twitter.

Tomorrow, at the end of the tournament, the White-Reds will play against Estonia and if they beat their rival will win the Baltic Cup.
The red-and-whites won against Lithuania 4:2 (2:0, 1:2, 1:0) on Thursday at the inauguration of the competition.
