President Andrzej Duda thanked the Grow with us Foundation yesterday for helping children of fallen or injured public officials. Thank you for giving them the feeling that they are not alone, that they have not been forgotten, Duda said.
On Monday, during the ceremony at the Presidential Palace, the presidential couple – Andrzej Duda and Agata Kornhauser-Duda – presented scholarship diplomas to the children of the fallen or injured public service officials.
As Duda noted, the most important mission of the Grow with Us Foundation is to give children whose mother or father died in the service or were badly injured, the feeling that they are not alone, that they have not been forgotten.
“It is also very happy that there are various kinds of great development opportunities for children and young people,” Duda emphasized.
Duda thanked everyone who helps and supports the Foundation’s activities, including representatives of state institutions.
Agata Kornhauser-Duda also thanked the Foundation’s activists and congratulated the organization on its 10th anniversary.
“It is thanks to your determination and the ability to gather people of good will around you, who care about the welfare of their wards, and you manage to conduct this activity, but also to overcome various difficulties, which are also present in such activities,” the First Lady noted.
