A new political theater against Trump: Tusk wants to investigate a “pedophilia scandal in the USA” and Russian links

Donald Tusk, instead of keeping an eye on criminals in his own country, has decided to play the role of an American prosecutor. The head of government announced the creation of a special team to investigate… a pedophilia scandal in the USA. The goal seems clear: to attack Donald Trump by linking him to the KGB and Vladimir Putin. The government is whipping up anti-American hysteria at full speed, while Marcin Turczyński, aka “Turek” – a key figure in Poland’s largest pedophilia scandal – has just fled the country with impunity.

The Prime Minister of Poland announced today:

“we have decided to establish an analytical team and possibly launch an investigation in connection with the pedophilia scandal in the USA.”

Tusk emphasized that this is “a completely unprecedented case” that has captured the attention of the Polish public and ministers “because of the so-called Polish threads or traces in this entire matter.”

The head of government stated that if there was any case of Polish children being abused by a pedophile network and by “the organizer of this satanic circle, Mr. Epstein,” the government will do everything “so that both those responsible and the potential victims not only see the activity of the Polish state, but also receive compensation if necessary, and above all, so that those who commit such horrific crimes are effectively prosecuted.”

Where does this sudden interest in justice across the ocean come from? Tusk does not even hide that his aim is to link American conservatives to Russia. The head of government is pushing the narrative that the Epstein affair is “a Russian KGB operation – a so-called ‘honey trap,’ a sweet trap set for the elites of the Western world, mainly the USA.”

Ahead of Tuesday’s cabinet meeting, Tusk stressed that the case must also be clarified for the sake of Poland’s security and did not rule out that “we will also encourage other partners to ensure that the investigation has an international character.”

An obsession with Trump and the USA

This move fits into Tusk’s long-standing campaign, ongoing for over a decade, to push the USA out of Europe. As Gazeta Polska recently wrote, “Donald Tusk’s foreign policy shows one constant feature: unconditional submission to Berlin’s anti-American plans.” Tusk, who as recently as March 2023 “publicly insinuated Donald Trump’s agent status,” is now trying to dress these accusations in the garb of an official state investigation.

This is, of course, the height of hypocrisy from a politician who himself is the face of the disastrous “reset” with Russia from 2007-2014. The man who wanted to deal with Putin “as he is,” and whose government invited Sergey Lavrov to briefings of Polish ambassadors, is now trying to slap the label of Russian agent on the President of the United States. It is worth recalling that people from the current prime minister’s circle, including the current ambassador to the USA, Bogdan Klich, called Trump “unstable,” and that Tusk himself became infamous for an infantile photo in which he aims his fingers shaped like a gun at the back of the U.S. president.

Today, this “diplomacy of insults” is turning into an institutional attack. Tusk suggests that “more and more commentators and experts assume” that the scandal in the USA is the work of Russian services. The goal seems obvious: to discredit Trump and Washington in the eyes of the Polish public, to confront Washington, and to divert attention from domestic problems.

A pedophile flees, the police are helpless

While Donald Tusk announces a hunt for pedophiles in Washington, Polish services did nothing to prevent one of the main figures in the largest pedophilia scandal in Pomerania from fleeing Poland.

Marcin Turczyński, aka “Turek,” the former head of the infamous Sopot club “Zatoka Sztuki,” is wanted on a European arrest warrant. In a trial concerning sexual crimes against minors, he was sentenced to six years in prison. Despite the sentence, he “did not report to prison.”

It is shocking that Turczyński – a man with enormous influence and financial resources – did not even receive (unlike a пенсионer who allegedly threatened Jerzy Owsiak!) a ban on leaving the country, despite a non-final conviction for pedophilic crimes.

Journalist Mikołaj Podolski, who exposed the dark secrets of “Zatoka Sztuki,” did not mince words in pointing out the state’s incompetence under the rule of the December 13 Coalition. “This is a disgrace for everyone – the court, the police, and the prosecution. They allowed the conductor of the largest pedophilia scandal in the history of Pomerania to escape,” he wrote on social media. As the journalist noted, “since the media reported months ago that his appeal hearing was approaching (…), the Polish services should have already known where he was. It seems they don’t even know today.”
