Do Poles Believe in Cooperation Between Nawrocki and Tusk? Survey Results Revealed

Do you believe that President Nawrocki and Prime Minister Tusk will cooperate on matters important to Poland? – this was the question posed to respondents in a recent survey. As many as 69% answered “no.” The poll, conducted by the Pollster Research Institute for Super Express, asked Poles about potential cooperation between the new president and the prime minister.

When asked, “Do you believe that President Nawrocki and Prime Minister Tusk will work together on issues important to Poland?” 69% of respondents said they did not believe so.

Only 31% expressed a different opinion.

The survey was conducted on July 8–9 with a sample of 1,085 people.

Swearing-In Set for August 6

In the second round of the presidential election, held on June 1, Karol Nawrocki received 10,606,877 votes, securing 50.89% of the total. His opponent, Rafał Trzaskowski, garnered 10,237,286 votes, amounting to 49.11% support. The National Assembly session during which Karol Nawrocki will be sworn in as President of the Republic of Poland will take place on August 6 at 10:00 a.m. in the Sejm.
