“A complete victory over the regime of lawlessness! Thank you, Supreme Administrative Court (NSA)!” wrote the head of the National Security Bureau, Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz, on social media. He also announced a statement – today at 2:00 PM.
The Supreme Administrative Court dismissed the cassation appeals filed by the Chancellery of the Prime Minister against the rulings of the Voivodeship Administrative Court, which had overturned the revocation of the security clearance of the current head of the National Security Bureau, Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz. The court left no doubt about the political nature of the actions taken by Tomasz Siemoniak and Donald Tusk, confirming that Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz has access to classified information.
Despite the clear ruling of the Supreme Administrative Court, Jacek Dobrzyński, spokesperson for the Minister-Coordinator of Special Services, appears to be doubling down. In a video published online, he stated that “the rulings of the Supreme Administrative Court dismissing the cassation appeals ultimately close the administrative court stage of the proceedings concerning the revocation of Sławomir Cenckiewicz’s security clearance for access to classified information”, but added that allegedly “this does not mean that Sławomir Cenckiewicz has automatically regained access to classified information”.
Prof. Cenckiewicz: a complete victory over the regime of lawlessness
The head of the National Security Bureau, Prof. Sławomir Cenckiewicz, also commented on the Supreme Administrative Court’s ruling.
On X, he wrote: “a complete victory over the regime of lawlessness! Thank you, NSA!”.
He also announced: “My statement regarding the security clearances restored to me today, which were unlawfully revoked in July 2024 by decision of Jarosław Stróżyk and Karolina Kisłowska, at 2:00 PM!”.
