InPost Group has announced plans to invest nearly £600 million in the United Kingdom by 2029, raising its total investments in the country to £1 billion. This ambitious expansion aims to strengthen the company’s logistics infrastructure and significantly grow its parcel locker network.

New Parcel Lockers and Logistics Growth

The investment will result in the deployment of hundreds of new parcel lockers and a robust upgrade to logistical operations. InPost expects these initiatives to create up to 12,000 new jobs. CEO Rafał Brzoska emphasized the importance of meeting the UK’s growing consumer expectations, noting that the country is the company’s fastest-growing market.

In 2024, InPost doubled its parcel deliveries in the UK, reaching 93.2 million. The company further solidified its market presence by acquiring full ownership of Menzies Distribution Limited, gaining complete control over its logistics and investment strategies.

InPost currently employs 2,519 people in the UK and plans to continue scaling operations to meet rising e-commerce demands. This bold expansion underscores InPost’s ambition to transform delivery services for both buyers and sellers across the region.
